Shipping Policy (Domestic – U.S. Only)

Delivery Method

We ship most U.S. orders via USPS Ground Advantage, an economical and dependable ground service offering delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on destination and mail processing times.

Delivery is available Monday through Saturday (no Sunday delivery)

Expedited shipping services or carriers are also available at an additional cost. 

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 10 am PST will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 10 am PST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Service Expectations

Transit Time: Generally 2–5 business days, though actual time may vary based on origin, destination, and service volume.

The USPS has recently refined service standards as part of their “Delivering for America” plan, but transit windows for Ground Advantage remain largely unchanged.

Tracking & Insurance

Every Ground Advantage shipment includes real-time tracking at no extra cost, as well as $100 in insurance. Additional insurance (up to $5,000 total) may be purchased if desired.

Delivery Exceptions & Delays

Delivery may take longer for certain destinations—such as remote areas or U.S. territories

In rare cases, due to operational changes, delays beyond the 2–5 day window may occur. We appreciate your patience and advise you to track your order for updates.
